Looking for Drupal developer for revamp of eduation portal

We're looking for an experienced Drupal developer to revamp our existing portal, doctorjob.com.my. Besides the usual content management, the website has a point system behind it for users to collect everytime they log in, take part in forums, and linked to an affiliate programme.  They can then use the points to bid for prizes in the website's auction.
